Properties are bought from one of the following three sources:

  • Advertised by local estate agents,
  • Auctions
  • Off market deals from our exclusive agents

Majority of the properties are bought on cash without the need of finance thus empowering us to negotiate on price and giving a head on to profit from start.
Each of our dwellings undergoes an extensive review by our architects, they unlock the potential of any extension possibility, adding bathrooms, conservatories and improving the layout of the house.
Our development team then takes over the projects, each project runs from 6-8 weeks.
On completion properties are put back in market with local estate agents.
We have had our project yield a gross profit of up to 25%.

Joint Ventures
Property acquisition, investment, and development with collaboration of joint ventures (JVs). On each project, we contribute minimum of 50% capital, and 100% of our resources and skills. Thus, keeping each JV project as important as any of own investment. Almost everyone thinks about property investment, however, the first thing that comes to mind is the hefty capital requirements. That’s where we collaborate with people from across the world to partner as JV and carryout property development and refurbishment projects. Typically, our JV projects compete in 6-8 weeks and have recorded profits of up to £25%. We are always looking for new Joint Venture partners. Fixed Return Investment
We also operate on fixed return basis. Although JV projects bring huge profit and provide JV investors with good return however the return is always linked with the risk of an unexpected loss or low return. Cautious investors we offer fixed returns on amounts they invest with us. Returns start from 5% per annum of the invested amount and are negotiable according to each investor and the amounts invested. We also champion in sourcing properties for investors throughout the UK. If you’re interested in buying a property for rental yield, we’re here to help you. Normally when everyone thinks about property investment in UK, London comes to mind however, with our knowledge there are multiple cities and towns in UK that give higher rental yield then London and are way more affordable. We will find a suitable property with high rental yield within your budget. We will also help rent out the property if it isn’t already rented. All this for a fixed pre agreed fee.
